We adopted the recipe for this unique jam from our grandmothers, having only slightly improved the technology.
The result was stunning! This extraordinary jam was a real revelation!
The jam is a thick amber syrup with the aroma of nine Siberian herbs: meadowsweet, oregano, currant and raspberry leaves, mint, lemon balm, tarragon, clover and yarrow. The jam resembles fresh honey, but it is much more aromatic: honey has its own distinctive taste and smell, and our branded jam not only conveys the aromas of fragrant Siberian fields in its pure form, but also puts these aromas into taste!

Ingredients: sugar, water, oregano, tarragon, meadowsweet, clover, mint, lemon balm, yarrow, raspberry and currant leaves, citric acid.
